What is Achilles Tendonitis?

A condition that causes pain, swelling, stiffness and weakness of the Achilles tendon which joins your heel bone to your calf muscles. It is caused by repeated tiny injuries causing microscopic tears to the Achilles tendon. Achilles Tendinopathy is the swelling and pain of your Achilles tendon.
